How long have you been in business?
The firm was started around the late 1950s by Mr W.H. PHEAR, and thrived further. On the 31st December 1998 Mr KAVANAGH left the practice and Mr I.K. SAKALA continued with practice under the style or firm of SAKALA &
COMPANY . We have over 50years of experience as Legal Practitioners.
What do I receive in exchange for your attorney’s fee?
The firm is at all times guided by the Law Society’s tariff of fees for Legal
Practitioners. It is important to note inter alia that the firm is always guided by the principle that Legal Practitioners are professionally and legally obliged to charge fees which are fair and reasonable in the circumstances.
What is expected of me as a client of your firm?
